The CIEHF have produced new guidance on Human Factors Assessment of Critical Tasks (aka SCTA or HRA).  Come and join a masterclass run by authors Pippa Brockington (Director, Human Factors Expertise Ltd), Lorraine Braben (Director, Lorraine Braben Consulting Ltd) and Jamie Henderson (Senior Human Factors Specialist, Human Reliability Associates.
