HEART+ is the reviewed, updated and extended version of the Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique.

Julie Bell (co-author) and Pippa Brockington (editor) are uniquely placed to provide this training in HEART+.

If you want to understand the influences on human error and be able to quantify the associate risks, this course is for you.
